                    Apple Puree for Babies  


          My name is Kaviya Sivanandam today's recipe was Apple Purie this recipe was mainly for kids and babies. One of the most important nutritional component of apple it contains two types of fiber insoluble and soluble fiber.
     
     A small amount of Apple Purie can help soften stool and avoid constipation for babies. Avoid using sugar for apple purie.



Ingredients:

1. Fresh apple 




Method:

1. Wash and peel your apples into small pieces.                             
2. Put the apple into bowl



3. Heat the mixture to boiling with hot water.




4. After it reaches boil turn down to low heat
5. Mash the apple with spoon


6. Healthy and sweet apple purie is ready.
