                     Healthy Breakfast Corn Adai

      Hi everyone my name is Kaviya Sivanandam today recipe was healthy and organic breakfast Corn adai.It was very healthy food for everyone especially for kids.It was a amazing morning breakfast.They were lot of healthy benefits in this food. In this recipe main ingredient was corn. There were lots of benefits in corn.
    Corn contains rich in fibre,vitamins,minerals,and antioxidants it reduces the risk of anemia and reduce the underweight and also help lower blood sugar and cholesterol level. It also very helpful during pregnancy and also preserve the healthy skin.





Ingredients:
  • Sweet corn kernels - 1 cup
  • Oil
  • Ginger
  • Garlic 
  • Curry leaves
  • Red chilli
  • Fennel seeds
  • Onion
  • Drumstick tree leaves
  • Puzhungal rice
  • Salt
  • Kadalai parupu (Bengal gram dal)                                                     
                     
       
           



                                 

                                                                           Method: 

  • Add corn kernels and grind into little coarsely.                           
     
  • Add red chilli,onion,garlic,ginger,fennel seed grind everything     in mixie.
  • Then make thick paste like this                                                      
  • Add kadalai parupu and puzhugal rice grind gently in mixie.
  • Grind thick paste like this                                                                                                                                                                         



  • In corn mavu add drumstick tree leaves,curry leaves,red chilli,onion,salt.                                                                                                                                                                                          
  •  Add Kadalai parupu and puzhugal rice paste  into corn mavu.
  • mix everything with ladle.                                                                   
                                                                                               

  • Heat the pan add 1 tbsp of oil pour a ladle full of batter in the center spread into circle for about 1/4 thickness.
  • Cook over the simmer on both sides until comes brown color.
  • Yummy and delicious Corn adai is ready to serve with garlic chutney.
