Fish Fry
Hi everyone my name is Kaviya Sivanandam today recipe was delicious Fish fry.Everyone likes fish fry very much today i am going to show how to prepare fish fry.We have to use everything with homemade ingredients like homemade chilli powder,turmeric powder.
They were lots of benefits in Fish.Fish is a low-fat high quality protein filled with Omega - fatty acids and vitamins such as D and B2.Fish contains protein,vitamin and nutrients that can reduce lower blood pressure.
Ingredients:
- Fish - 1 Kg
- Oil
- Chilli powder (homemade)
- Turmeric powder (homemade)
- Tamarind
- Small onion
- Fennel powder (homemade)
- Salt
Method:
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in the pan
- Take a bowl add a fish set aside for 10 to 15 mins
- Add chilli powder
- Add turmeric powder
- Salt
- Add tamarind
- Fennel powder
- Mix everything gently with hands
- Add small onion
- In a heat pan add fish with medium heat
- In pan add 3/4 tbsp of oil and spread it well fry on both the sides.
- Take care while you flip the fillet otherwise it may break.
- Fry till golden color
- Fish fry is ready to serve
